OpsFactor Community v0.1.0

OpsFactor Community v0.1.0 is the first official source-available backend release for demand and supply chain planning. The exact source and applicable license are published in the tagged GitHub repository.

Official source-available release

Version 0.1.0 publishes the Community backend source, Sustainable Use License 1.0, build instructions, and the initial functional baseline. Packaged distributions and reference datasets may be added in later versions.
