Configuration data¶

Configuration data turns process decisions into platform rules. It does not represent a sale or a calculated plan; it determines how the calculation should run.

Available configurations¶

• Forecast clusters: groups used to define levels and share behavior.
• Cluster-level Demand Planning configuration: statistical model, aggregation, split, history, and unit for each profile and cluster pair.
• Execution profile: historical source, bucket, horizon, unit, edit window, and Enterprise links.
• Demand Planning workflow: collaboration steps, participants, and indicators.
• Configured Planning Views: user-specific Planning Book unit, key figures, input behavior, and Enterprise scope.
• Global Planning Parameters: shared fallback values.
• Supply Planning setup: profile and location overrides used to generate supply scenarios.
• Inventory policies: protection, replenishment, and validity by material-location.

These configurations consume master data and guide the creation of planning data.
