Transactional data¶

Transactional data records what happened — or the state observed — at a date and in an operational context. It provides the history used to understand behavior and plan the future.

Available chapters¶

• Sales data: the differences and coexistence between sell-out and sell-in.
• Inventory positions: snapshot by material, location, date, and lot.
• Open orders: purchase, sales, transfer, and production commitments still relevant to planning.
• Deliveries: quantities in picking, transit, or already delivered against sell-out, sell-in, purchase, and transfer orders.
• Production orders: firm production commitments, planned and effective quantities, productive path, and completion state.
• Vehicle loading orders: historical loads and trips, fleet, vehicle, dates, utilization, distance, and freight cost.
• Planning calendar, working days, and holidays: geographic holidays and effective working-day rules used inside planning periods.

The current public reference does not yet cover detailed inventory-movement records. Their absence from this index does not imply that movements can be inferred from inventory snapshots, orders, or deliveries.

Transactional data references master data and feeds planning data. Vehicle loading orders and deliveries also provide the execution history used to evaluate DRP and load formation.
