A Demand Plan is a dated version of expected demand. It preserves calculation origin, statistical baseline, and collaborative evolution without confusing those series.

Measures can include baseline, stage adjustment, and consolidated demand. Derived series must preserve a traceable relationship with the baseline and the event that changed it.

  • origin date at the first open bucket;
  • horizon without gaps;
  • no key without corresponding master data;
  • convertible unit;
  • baseline present for the expected scope;
  • adjustments with stage, author, time, and rationale;
  • unambiguous release status.
