SAP reference for production costs

This page complements production costs. The analogy is partial: OpsFactor costs are explicit, effective-dated decision inputs, while SAP costs can result from Controlling and product costing.

OpsFactor Nearby SAP sources Common tables Transactions
productionResourceId cost work center, cost center, and activity prices CRHD, CRCO, CO data CR03, KP26
routingId cost operation standard values and product costing PLPO, KEKO, CKIS CA03, CK11N, CK13N
shift cost by resource capacity/shift and derived rate capacity configuration and CO CR03, KP26

Use the same composite IDs as the resources and routings page, for example 1000-LINE-01 and 50001234-01. Date, currency, unit, and cost frequency must be materialized by the transformation.

Do not treat an actual posted cost as a planning cost without a functional rule. An SAP shift is also not guaranteed to match an OpsFactor shift definition directly.
